Requesting Public Records
The Port of Orcas complies with the Washington State Public Records Act in accordance with RCW 42.56. Requests for public records can be made by completing the request form (see link below) and submitting it in the following manners:
- in person during normal business hours
- by email to orcasairport@rockisland.com
- by regular mail to Port of Orcas, P.O. Box 53, Eastsound WA 98245-0053
If the requested information cannot be provided within five (5) business days, an explanation of the reason(s) will be provided.
The Port of Orcas reserves the right to charge fifteen cents ($0.15) per page for hard copied materials.
